  • I’m from another styles of martial art will I need to start again?
A large number of Systema practitioners are experienced martial artists of other styles. A very appealing aspect of Systema is that it has no strict rules, rigid structure or limitations there are no forms or kata’s to memorize, no belts and no gradings, so you don't have to start all over again. You just bring those hard earned skills with you, and find new ways to apply them.
