You will need to bring with you:

  • Loose training clothing and indoor trainers or socks

  • A Training Knife if you have one

  • Pen and paper if you would like to make notes

  • Something to drink - about half way through we will have a short break,
    so you may want to bring something light to eat as well.
     

Please note:
Workshops are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

If you have not signed one, this can be done on the day
